Founded in 2020, Lotus Property Ventures is a small, female owned business which serves Indy's growing need for residential real estate restoration. We work professionally with property owners, real estate agents, contractors and investors to grow our business.

Upon purchasing our properties, we donate the existing appliances and housewares to the local community which furthers our relationships and reinforces our brand.
